How can I place an order?

Our shop is located at 64 Clarence Street, Port Macquarie, NSW. However, if you are not able to come into the shop you can place an order with us via the following methods:

• Orders can be placed online via this site 24 hours a day from the comfort of your home.
• Email us your order and contact details at info@beelinetoys.com.au.
• Phone us on 0419 921 081 and we can take your order over the phone .
• Contact us via private messaging on our Facebook site / www.facebook.com/beelinetoys

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian dollars and GST has been included.

Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
If you live in Port Macquarie (or nearby) SAVE on postage costs by using ‘Click & Collect’ – you can then pick up your purchase from our shop located at 64 Clarence Street, Port Macquarie NSW.

Cancellation of your order

You may cancel any item from your toy order or your entire order, provided it has not been dispatched. Please email us if you wish to cancel or alter your order.

If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel it, you can return the good(s) to us once you have received them. Please see our returns policy for further details on how to do this.

Availability

Stock is subject to availability. Although every endeavour is made to try to ensure that products shown on our website as available are in stock there may be times when this is not the case. If, for any reason we are unable to provide you with the product(s) ordered, we will contact you to let you know. You will then have the option of either a refund, exchange or your items can be placed on back order and sent to you as soon as they come back in stock.

Processing of Orders

Once payment has been received in our account orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends), unless we are waiting for stock in which case you will be advised.

If you have provided us with your email address, once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number from the relevant courier. You can then track your order via the courier’s website.
